Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur fees or service suspension. Custom project milestones will be outlined in client agreements.

We treat all client data and information as confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose proprietary information without prior consent.
6. Limitations of Liability
TekVent is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, especially in areas like SEO or marketing performance.
7. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time with or without notice. Clients will be informed of material changes impacting their projects.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with prior written notice. Any unpaid balances remain due upon termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the United States and resolved in accordance with applicable U.S. laws and legal processes.
